A breath of fresh air, kind, caring, and compassionate, Alisa brings it all to her practice and her teaching. Alisa Stevens fell in love with yoga at first Savasana. What brought her back to her mat, and inspired her practice, was the ubiquitous baby weight conundrum we all face. She fell in love with the practice, getting to know her body again, and watching the two shift and change together.
Alisa is passionate about sharing the healing modalities of an all-encompassing Yogic Lifestyle with sufferers of mental disease, and hopes you’ll join her in studio for delicious Yin releases, juicy flexibility slow flows, and even workshops on Asana and Journaling for deep healing. Alisa is a mother, wife, spiritual seeker, journey-goer, crystal-magic-woowoo-lover, and Certified Yin Yoga instructor. She completes RYT-200 certification at Revolution Community Yoga in May 2018.
