WE BELIEVE IN STRONG BODIES

Here at Be the Love, we believe you are meant to be strong. Strength in your body is important. It helps you realize your own personal power, it helps you feel empowered, and when you feel empowered, you take charge of your own life.

In a time when it is easy to feel lost in a virtual, global world, we empower you to feel your own tremendous potential. Feet on the ground. Presence. Persistence. Possibility.

It’s all within you. It’s all worth seeking. Discovering.

Our LOVE Flow, Buti Yoga, and LOVE Slow classes are designed to build strength in your body, to challenge your focus, and to teach you to lead with breath.

We encourage you to keep seeking the bounds of what you think you can do, and discover how much more you are truly capable of.

Did you know the tremendous capacity your body has to hold tension? It's incredible how much stress you can carry in your muscles and connective tissue. We see it every day - in our own bodies and in the yoga room. 

That is why we are committed to helping your body open up with intentional, aligned, and beautifully orchestrated LOVE Slow, Slow + Gentle, and Yin classes that will increase circulation, release tension, and open range of motion in your body. 

There is no such thing as a “flexible” or “inflexible” person. We are all capable of incredible range of motion.

We believe you deserve to be able to move freely within your body.

WE BELIEVE IN THE JOURNEY

Whether you are brand new to yoga or a lifelong practitioner, at some point in your yoga journey you realize there is so much to learn about yoga.

From Sanskrit names, life-changing mantras, beautiful mudras, and expanding into a yin and meditation practice, there is no way to ever attain a point of “complete knowledge”.

Here, we’re dedicated to being lifelong yogi learners. That is why we created classes like Yoga Lab, where we study the dynamics of the body and break down poses in a curious and studious way. That’s why we have yin, a class that presses self-inquiry and introspection, while releasing tension and increasing range of motion. And that’s why we have Yoga Nidra, a form of meditation that, when practiced regularly, has a tremendous affect on the whole body.

THROUGH a well-rounded practice, yoga enters your body, mind, and spirit - informing your being. 

WITH PErsistence.

At Be the LOVE, we believe in LOVING OURSELVES. Each and every day. Through sweat and determination. Through grit and deep rest. Through clarity and confidence. We love. Even when it's hard, we love. ESPECIALLY when it's hard, we give love.

Much like the practice of yoga, it takes patience, persistence, and deep compassion to get there. And it is SO WORTH IT, friend. YOU ARE SO WORTH IT. 

If you ask any member of our team, they will tell you their story of what brought them to this practice. These stories are filled with joy, hardship, curiosity, tenacity, determination, and deep love. And they are beautiful.

This place is where we write the story of this studio. We are brand new. And that makes it THE PERFECT TIME to connect with us. To help us create a restorative, caring, deeply loving space that is both inviting and challenging. A space that gives you the opportunity to treat your body with care and kindness. A place where you can contemplate and consider what you want most in life. A place to clear your mind and unwind from everyday life. A place where you can believe that what you want is possible.
